Crab Stcrab stuffed bell peppersuffed Bell Peppers

4oz. Softened cream cheese

2 oz. Shredded cheese of your choice

1 Tbs. Italian bread crumbs

1 green onion, chopped

½ Tb. Lemon juice

½ tsp. Worcestershire sauce

½ tsp. garlic powder

pinch of salt and ground pepper

8 oz. Crabmeat (may use our imitation crab- GREAT!)

bell peppers, sliced in half and cleaned out

Mix the first 9 ingredients; stuff the peppers; bake at 375

For 10 – 15 minutes or till hot. You may also just serve them cold;

This may be served as an appetizer if using SMALL bell peppers.
