Grilled Salmon with butter and dill sauce
4 6-8oz Faroe Island Salmon Filet
2 Tbls. Butter, melted
Jodie’s Dill Seasoning; to taste
Salt and pepper; to taste
Mix melted butter, dill seasoning and salt and pepper;
Reserve ¼ mixture; baste the rest on both sides of salmon. On medium – medium high heat, if salmon is 1 inch thick, grill 3 – 4 minutes per side leaving it a bit raw in the very middle. Cover with foil; let rest for 3-5 minutes; drizzle with remaining warm dill sauce.
