Tuna Margarita

Soy Sauce, 1 parttuna marguarita

Sesame oil, ¼ part

Olive Oil, 1 part

Lime Juice, 1 part

Cilantro, chopped

Marinate small bite size tuna chunks in above mixture for at least 6 hours. Put in margarita glasses or similar type glasses.

Sour cream

Lime juice

Purple onion, red, yellow green bell peppers, minced (optional)

Place a dollop of sour cream and lime juice garnished with vegetables.
