Decorated Whole Smoked Salmon

IngredDecorated Smoked Salmonients:

1 whole smoked salmon; thawed

dill sauce

2 cucumbers, thinly sliced

1 small apple

1 shrimp, cooked or 1 green olive with pimento, cut in half

green leaf lettuce

1 lemon, sliced for decorating

Place lettuce on platter; lay thawed salmon on lettuce.

Skin ONE side of fish; spread sauce sparingly over skinned salmon;

Layer cucumbers to give a scale effect. Place apple in mouth and shrimp

or olive half in eye. Garnish the lettuce with lemon twists. Serve the remaining

dill sauce in a pretty bowl next to the salmon. Serve with crackers.
