HOT SHRIMP DIP

1 STICK BUTTER
1 SPANISH ONION
1 GREEN BELL PEPPER
1 TBS. FLOUR
1 tsp TABASCO
2 oz LEMON JUICE
2 LB COOKED SHRIMP
1 LB CREAM CHEESE

DIRECTIONS:
1. SAUTE BUTTER, ONION, BELL PEPPER.
2. ADD FLOUR AND MAKE A ROUX.
3. ADD TABASCO AND LEMON JUICE.
4. ADD COOKED SHRIMP AND CREAM CHEESE.
5. MIX ALL INGREDIENTS VERY WELL.
6. TRANSFER TO A BOWL AND SPRINKLE WITH BREADCRUMBS ON TOP.
7. BAKE 20 MINUTES AT 350. ALLOW TO COOL FOR 10 MINUTES BEFORE SERVING
